A house that photographs well

Photography does not sell a house. It decides whether the house gets seen at all.

We photograph in a fixed sequence: approach, threshold, principal living volume, kitchen, main bedroom, and only then the outdoor spaces. It reads the way a viewing walks.

Dusk frames flatter almost every elevation, which is exactly why we also shoot in daylight where the house can take it. A listing carried entirely by golden hour is telling you something.

Where a house has not been fully photographed, we say so and label it as a preview rather than filling the gap with stock imagery. Some of the entries in this demonstration book are deliberately thin for that reason.

More notes

  • What frontage actually costs

Two identical houses on the same estate can price twenty percent apart. Almost all of that gap is what the house faces.

  • Reading a release

Development stock does not behave like resale stock. Knowing which phase you are buying changes the arithmetic.
