Six stages from mobilisation to the end of the defects period. Each one has an output you can hold — a document, a signed hold point, a dated programme.

Mobilisation
Site established before work starts.
Access, storage, ablutions, protection of finished surfaces and a site induction for every person who will set foot on the property.
S-02Before pricing
Scope
A written scope with nothing implied.
Every line item priced, measured and described. If it is not in the scope it is not in the price, and both of us know that on day one.
S-03Weekly update
Programme
Dates you can plan your life around.
A dated bar programme with the critical path marked, issued before deposit, updated weekly against actual progress.
S-04Daily record
Build
One site manager, one accountable line.
Directly employed crews for structure and finishes, vetted specialists for the rest, all reporting through the same site manager.
S-05Hold points
Quality control
Hold points, not hopeful inspections.
Defined hold points where work stops until it is checked and signed. Photographic record against each one, issued to you.
S-06Defects period
Handover
A closed file, not a vanished contractor.
Snag list closed in writing, compliance documents handed over, warranty issued, and a return visit booked at the end of the defects period.

Hold points, filmed and signed

Work stops at a hold point until it is inspected. Foundations before backfill, waterproofing before screed, structure before cover-up. Nothing gets buried on a promise.
